CBZ Solutions provides a comprehensive maintenance, repair and spares service for fabric filters installed on coal-fired power plants, as well as on a wide range of other applications.
These services are provided both for our own installations, as well as for those supplied by other OEMs and are available on a maintenance and/or spares contract basis or on demand. Workshop refurbishments and repairs are also offered.
Fabric filters, both reverse jet and reverse air, are high efficiency collection devices capable of collecting fine particulates from the gas stream.
These filters offer typical collection efficiencies exceeding 99 %. They can routinely reduce emissions to less than 20 mg/Nm3 and have demonstrated emission reduction of <5 mg/Nm3.
Their prolonged life increases plant availability and reduces operational costs.
