Standard and non-standard spares, manufactured in-house to ISO standards and tailored to the client’s requirements, are supplied, giving customers complete confidence in continuous product quality. Spares are supplied on a customer-demand basis or as part of a spares or maintenance contract, with consultation provided on the selection of spare parts.
Maintenance contracts ensure maximum availability for our client’s equipment though our on-site skilled and dedicated teams, monthly performance reporting, serviceable lifecyle analysis, preventative maintenance and timeous supply of spares. Providing our clients with planned turnaround and emergency outage support services, our experienced teams are on call 24/7/365, providing quick mobilisation to minimize costly downtime and keep facilities and equipment in operation. Drawing on our extensive operating, design and maintenance experience, we work with our customers to improve processes and offer bespoke solutions where required.
Using data from our advanced materials handling test rig, capable of conveying materials up to 200 m, and our extensive material flow database, we determine flowability of materials and specific air flow required to convey materials, thus ensuring reliable and optimal system design.
