Our fit-for-purpose cleaning technology is designed to increase the reliability, availability and efficiency of boilers.
A concentrated water jet cleans the side and opposite boiler wall. To clean opposite walls of up to 25 m, we combine different nozzle sizes and blowing pressures.
Application:
Cleaning of the furnace and may be suitable for cleaning of the lateral gas passes.
Cleaning arc: 90° horizontal, 90° vertical
The cleaning nozzle is mounted on a flexible, temperature-resistant metal hose. The nozzle enters the boiler guided by a flange.
Application:
Removes deposits from lower side, membrane walls, pendant heater and superheater surfaces in waste to energy applications.
Cleaning arc: 360°
The SMART Jet moves across the heater in steps to ensure full and even cleaning. After cleaning is completed, the lance is fully retracted to its rest position outside of the unit.
Application:
Cleaning of air preheaters, DeNox, air preheaters and gas-gas heaters.
Cleaning arc: 360°
Travel: 0.5 – 8 250 mc
The kinetic energy of the blowing jet is converted to pressure energy when escaping the nozzle. The wall blower fully retracts from the furnace when not in use to protect the nozzle and screw tube from high heat conditions.
Application:
Cleaning of wall heating surfaces with heavy slagging.
Cleaning arc: 30 – 360°
Travel: 1.185 m
The integrated multi-blowing pattern allows for a more complete cleaning with minimum erosion to the heating surface. Two high-performance nozzles are provided for high cleaning efficiency.
Application:
Cleaning of heat exchangers with heavy fouling and high flue gas temperatures up to 1,500°C.
Cleaning arc: 360°
Travel:0.3 – 5.0 m; 0.3 – 10.0 m; 0.5 – 14 m; 12 – 20 m
The dual-motor design allows independent and variable traversing and rotational speeds. Cleaning parameters can be adjusted to the fouling condition.
Application:
Cleaning of heat exchangers with heavy fouling and high flue gas temperatures up to 1,500 °C.
Cleaning arc: 360°
Travel: 0.5 – 14 m
Designed for the selected cleaning of specific boiler segments the key feature is the oscillating movement of the cleaning element. Suitable for hazardous area conditions.
Application:
Cleaning of heat exchangers with heavy fouling where cleaning arc is limited.
Cleaning arc: 50 – 90°
Travel: 0.3 – 6.0 m; 0.5 – 6.0 m; 0.3 – 6.0 m; 0.5 – 6.0 m
A specially configured axially moving rake designed with special venturi nozzles, enables the high velocity jet to effectively re-entrain solid particulate as well as reduce pressure loss across the catalyst/finned heating surfaces. Also suitable for hazardous area conditions.
Application:
Cleaning of heat exchangers, DeNOx and air preheaters.
Travel: 0.3 – 5.0 m; 0.3 – 5.5 m; 0.5 – 8.0 m
With dual lances, the PS-A Multi-Media normally cleans with steam, but also it allows the operator to perform a special cleaning cycle during which water through a dedicated lance tube, is utilised
The PS-A Multi-Media is a part-retractable design.
Application:
Cleaning of air preheaters, DeNox, air preheaters and gas-gas heaters.
Cleaning arc: 360°
This is a cost-effective solution especially for medium sized boilers. Its compact design is highly compatible with the space restrictions often found on fired heater installation. The blowing tube remains in the flue gas pass.
Application:
Cleaning of heat exchangers with heavy fouling.
Cleaning arc: 360°
Travel: 0.3 – 5.0 m; 0.3 – 5.5 m; 0.5 – 8.0 m
The blowing element remains in the boiler, supported by element bearings. Specially designed nozzles are located on the element for each specific installation. Also suited for hazardous area conditions.
Application:
Cleaning of heat surface banks with heavy fouling.
Cleaning arc: 30 – 360°
Providing efficient cleaning of heating surfaces, this type of sootblower, featuring a non-rotating movement, is economic and easy to maintain and highly compatible with limited space.
Application:
Cleaning of heat exchangers with heavy fouling.
Travel: 0.3 – 10.0 m; 0.5 – 14 m
This intelligent cleaning strategy recognises where deposits in the boiler are and impact they have on boiler efficiency and availability through application of diagnostics and analysis.
Benefits:
On-load boiler cleaning takes place when necessary; therefore less cleaning media usage and erosion of heating surfaces.
Improved heat transfer and process efficiency.
Reduced furnace exit gas temperatures and stable flue gas temperatures at full load operation.
Increased flexibility while firing fuel mixes.
Reduced shutdowns and damage.
